More cases with the same team. Without missing a deadline.
Every loss-adjusting firm reaches the point where coordination no longer fits in emails, phone calls and spreadsheets. PeritOS takes coordination out of people's hands and puts it in the system.
Signs your firm has outgrown its tools.
- 01
Your coordinator spends the morning allocating cases by phone.
- 02
Every insurer wants the report in a different format, and someone redoes the work.
- 03
You find out a deadline was missed when the insurer calls to complain.
- 04
External adjusters work with incomplete information.
- 05
Month-end fee reconciliation takes days.
- 06
You can't answer "how many cases did we close, and how long did they take?" with numbers.
None of this is solved by another spreadsheet. It is solved by a system that knows each insurer's rules.
From the insurer's assignment to the adjuster's fee.
- 1
The assignment comes in.
Through the insurer integration, an import or manual entry. It lands in a single case record with the claim details, the documents and the deadline. Nobody copies from emails or portals.
- 2
The coordinator allocates.
The system suggests an adjuster by area, availability and specialism, with the map in view. The coordinator always has the final say.
- 3
The adjuster inspects.
On site, with the app: digital forms, annotated photos and GPS location, even without signal. Or by video, with Teleperitagens, when the trip isn't worth it.
- 4
The report is reviewed and delivered.
The report is generated from the data collected, in the insurer's template. A supervisor reviews it and the report goes to the insurer as structured data.
- 5
The fee is calculated.
Fees, bonuses and penalties go into each adjuster's account. At month end, you generate batch payment files instead of rebuilding the month in a spreadsheet.
Every module is described on the PeritOS page.
What changes in the first month.
For the coordinator.
Assignments arrive already structured, and allocation is suggested automatically by area and availability. The "at risk" list shows what could slip today.
For the adjuster.
The full case is in the app, even offline. Photos and forms go straight into the report. Less time at the computer in the evening.
For management.
KPIs by adjuster, by insurer and by claim type. Fees and penalties calculated without spreadsheets.
Every insurer with its own rules. All in one system.
Every insurer has its own deadlines, forms and formats. In PeritOS, those differences are configuration, not manual work.
Deadlines and SLAs per insurer
Each contract's milestones are built into the system. It warns you before a deadline is missed and gathers the at-risk cases in one list, so you decide in the morning, not at the end of the day.
Report templates per insurer
One template per insurer and claim type, filled in with what the adjuster collected. A PDF under your firm's branding, ready to review and sign.
Insurer portal
Each client sees the status of their cases, the photos and the reports, without phoning for an update. See what changes for insurers.
External adjusters in the same system
Their own profile, only their own cases and the same app. No more forwarded attachments.
KPIs that answer questions
New assignments, closed cases, breaches and average response times, by adjuster, department and insurer.
No-code configuration
Case types, statuses, forms and allocation rules are changed from a central panel. Taking on a new insurer doesn't mean waiting for developers.
On site and remote, in the same case.
An implementation run alongside your team.
We start by mapping your operation: the insurers you work with, the claim types, the deadline rules and how fees are calculated today. Then we configure forms, profiles and report templates, connect the insurers and your invoicing software, and import whatever history makes sense.
A pilot team uses PeritOS on real cases before it is rolled out to every adjuster. After that, the same team that builds it runs it, with data hosted in the European Union (see Security and GDPR).
Built inside a loss-adjusting firm.
PeritOS was born and grew up in a Portuguese firm with an in-house team and external adjusters, connected to several insurers.
FAQ
We're a small firm. Does PeritOS make sense for us?
If you work with one or more insurers and have more than a handful of adjusters, yes. If you are a sole adjuster or a very small team, start with Teleperitagens for independent adjusters.
Do our external adjusters use the system too?
Yes. They have their own profile, see only their own cases and use the same app.
What if each insurer has different rules?
That is the norm. Deadlines, forms and report templates are configured per insurer.
Can we import the cases we already have?
Yes. Importing your history is planned during the discovery phase, before we configure the system.
How do PeritOS and Teleperitagens connect?
Through an API and webhooks. The video session is created from the case, and the photos, videos and report return to the same case. Find out more about Teleperitagens.
We're not based in Portugal. Can we use PeritOS?
PeritOS is built and proven in Portugal and available across Portugal and Spain. If your firm operates elsewhere, book a demo and we will talk it through.
