Less driving. More inspections. Your brand.
For a few hundred euros of damage, the trip costs you a morning. With Teleperitagens, you run the inspection by video, send the report with your logo and move on to the next one.
Launching in Portugal first, with Spain next. Nothing to install, for you or the policyholder.
What is a site visit really worth?
A typical site visit: the drive there and back, parking, waiting, then back to the office to write the report.
A remote inspection: one video call, and a report that is already written when the call ends.
Result: more inspections in the same day, and no paperwork in the evening. Your mileage is saved for the claims where being there really makes a difference.
How a remote inspection works.
- 1
Create the session.
In the browser, in seconds, from your dashboard. There is nothing to install.
- 2
The policyholder gets a link.
By text message or email, with your name as the sender. They open it on their phone, with no sign-up and no app.
- 3
Inspect live.
See the damage through the policyholder's camera, guide them to the right angle, take photos, annotate and chat.
- 4
Close the session and send.
Photos, videos, annotations and the conversation end up in one PDF with your logo. Send it to the insurer or the firm that assigned you the claim.
All the details are on the Teleperitagens page.
What you get.
Your client installs nothing.
They get a link and open the camera. It works in the phone's browser, on Android 9+ and iOS 14+.
Your brand on everything.
PDF, text messages and email with your name, logo and colours. The policyholder never sees the vendor's name.
Automatic report.
Photos, video, annotations and chat in one PDF, generated as soon as you close the session.
Solid evidence.
Every file with a SHA-256 hash, signed links that expire and an audit trail. See Security and GDPR.
Start the same day.
Works in the browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox), nothing to install. Create your account and run your first session the same day.
Connects to other systems.
A documented REST API and webhooks (session created, session completed, report ready) to connect it to your own software or to PeritOS.
Not every inspection needs a trip.
- Low-value claims, where the travel costs more than the damage
- First assessment, to decide whether a site visit is needed
- Repair checks and follow-up visits
- Policyholders in remote areas or on islands
- Demand peaks, such as storms and floods, when there are not enough adjusters to go round
The call is always the adjuster's: if the video shows the damage needs to be seen in person, you book the site visit.
Your brand, not the vendor's.
An independent adjuster lives on the trust of the insurers and firms that send them claims. So everything the policyholder and your client see carries your identity: the text message sender, the email, the report header and the logo.
Teleperitagens stays behind the scenes. Files are stored in the European Union, encrypted, and each has a digital fingerprint (hash) that lets you show it has not been altered since the session.
And when your firm grows?
When coordinating several adjusters and insurers no longer fits in a notebook, PeritOS handles the rest, and Teleperitagens stays connected to the same case.
PeritOS brings assignments, allocation, deadlines, reports and fees into one system, connected to the insurers. See how it works for loss-adjusting firms, or read the case study of a firm that moved from email and paper to an operation connected to its insurers. If you are already there, book a PeritOS demo.
FAQ
Do I need to install anything?
No. The adjuster uses the platform in the browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and the policyholder opens the link on their phone. Nothing to install on either side.
Does the policyholder need a recent phone?
No. It works in the browser, with the phone's standard camera. We test on Android 9+ and iOS 14+.
Do the reports carry my brand?
Completely: a PDF with your logo, text messages with a configurable sender name, and email with your template, colours and header.
Does a remote inspection replace the site visit?
Not in every case. It suits low-value claims, first assessments, repair checks and policyholders in remote areas. When the call shows you need to be there, you book the visit.
Where are the videos and photos stored?
In AWS S3 storage within the European Union, encrypted at rest and in transit, with a SHA-256 hash on every file.
When can I start?
In Portugal, on 19 January 2027. Spain is next. Outside Portugal, leave your details and we will tell you when it reaches your market.
