For insurers

Every inspection visible. Every report in your format.

Your adjuster network is an extension of your customer service. With PeritOS, assignments reach the firms without re-keying, the system watches the deadlines and the information returns to your core system, structured.

When the inspection leaves the building, visibility goes with it.

  1. 01

Every firm returns information in a different format.

  2. 02

You find out a case's status by email or phone.

  3. 03

SLAs are contractual, but breaches only show up in the monthly report.

  4. 04

Photos and reports arrive as attachments and are re-keyed by hand.

The problem is rarely the quality of the adjusters. It is the lack of a shared channel between the insurer and the people doing the inspection.

One channel between the insurer and the adjuster network.

With your core system connected to PeritOS, a case follows this path without anyone re-keying data.

  1. 1

    The assignment leaves your system.

The inspection request reaches the firm already structured, with the claim details and the deadline set by your SLA rules.

  2. 2

    The firm allocates.

PeritOS suggests an adjuster by area, availability and specialism. From then on, the system watches the deadline.

  3. 3

    The inspection happens.

On site, with the adjuster app, or by video, with Teleperitagens, when the trip isn't justified.

  4. 4

    The information comes back.

Report, metadata and photos return automatically to your core system, in your format. All the way through, the case status is visible in the portal.

What your claims team gets to see.

The status of every case

In the portal, without a phone call: what stage it is at, who the adjuster is and which photos and reports already exist.

Deadlines watched, not reported

Your SLA rules are built into the system. Alerts arrive before the deadline, not in next month's report.

Information in your format

The mapping to your data model is done once. Every integrated firm returns information in the same way.

Network KPIs

Open and closed cases, breaches and average response times, by firm, adjuster and claim type.

Traceable evidence

Every access is recorded in an immutable log. In Teleperitagens, every photo, video and PDF carries a SHA-256 hash and an audit trail.

Policyholder communication

Email, SMS and push notifications at the right points in the case, so the policyholder knows what comes next.

Built to pass your security review.

The technical details are on Security and GDPR. We send the documentation and answer your vendor assessment questionnaire.

Hosting in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest

Role-based access profiles and an immutable audit log

Daily, isolated backups; geographic redundancy

File integrity through SHA-256 hashing (Teleperitagens)

Documented API and integrations already in production with insurers

How we get started.

We start by understanding your network: which firms and adjusters work with you, which core system you use, which SLA rules you apply and in what format you need to receive reports, metadata and photos.

Then we design the mapping and the integration, test with real cases and extend in phases. CloudWorks supports the firms directly through our helpdesk, and the platform is monitored 24/7.

To see how the operation runs on the firm's side, read the case study or the page for loss-adjusting firms.

FAQ

Can you adapt to our data format?

Yes. The mapping is built for your format and your SLA rules.

Who supports the firms?

CloudWorks, directly, through our helpdesk.

Do the firms in our network have to use PeritOS?

For the automatic integration, yes: the firm works in PeritOS. If you would rather run the network from the insurer's side, your in-house and external adjusters use PeritOS with their own profiles, and each sees only their own cases.

Can we use Teleperitagens under the insurer's brand?

Yes. The PDF, text messages and emails go out under the insurer's identity, and the policyholder never sees the vendor's name. It suits low-value claims and initial triage. It launches in Portugal first, with Spain next.

Who is the data controller?

The insurer, or the firm, is the controller; CloudWorks acts as processor. Data is hosted in the European Union. See Security and GDPR.

Do you work with insurers outside Portugal?

PeritOS is built and in production in Portugal, and available across Portugal and Spain. We are open to conversations with insurers in other markets.
